Tendon injuries/tendon irritations/tendinitis
Painful restriction of mobility
The healthy interaction of numerous tendons is required for the stabilization and movement of the foot. If an injury or excess strain is present, our sequence of movement is significantly restricted.
Conservative therapy most often alleviates the pain. If tendons are significantly damaged or even torn, an operation is often necessary. Here, for example, peroneal tendon tears after twisting injuries of the ankle joint are not uncommon.
Conservative therapy:
- Physical therapy
- Functional training
- Treating with bandages/orthotics
- Kinesio taping
- Laser therapy
- Acupuncture
- Ultrasound-guided injections
- Homeopathy
- Hyaluronic acid
- Neural therapy
- ACP – autologous blood injections
- Laser therapy
- Acupuncture
- Neuromuscular training (Huber 360°) in order to train joint stability
